Bartercards big day at Mud City 29th July 2007

We had a call from Tina at Team Tactics could we do a day end of July on a Sunday for 85-100 people from Barter card, It ended up being the day after the July Full Monty so it could be a tough time for the instructors if we need to do some spannering through the night .But the ground's bound to be rock hard and fast so the big groups shouldn’t be a problem, Turned out we were stuck with the wettest month in living history.

A few days before we just prepared a few extra vehicles in case of breakdowns ,Good job we did the hagglunds especially dropped like flies but some of the mud splashes were 5 foot deep so i guess we were pushing them a bit hard ,but wouldn’t fancy using them under fire ,Still some of the drivers would have, a more up for it bunch you would never find especially some of the girls one came as Rambo girl which went down well with my chaps ,in fact bikini’s in love, and the normal pink wellies brigade were out in force, even a pair of leopard wellies were doing the rounds.

The driving was Good, if not a little on the fast side. Grozdilkas stole the show yet again with their big V8 engine's roaring away the winning car crush was won by Jay Sparkes with his sister Georgina not many points behind him, must be a family thing. No prizes for leaping in to mud splashes head first with your mouth's open this time but we did have two entrants, why I’ll never know, maybe they believe that old chestnut, it’s good for your skin.
